The annex block of the renowned hospital was proposed to have G+ 4 structure comprising of an outpatient area on the ground floor with consulting rooms, pharmacy and labs, the first floor constitutes of an operation theatre, cath lab and labour wards, two ICUs and inpatient rooms on the third floor and the fourth floor has general wards. There are a total of 110 beds in the facility. The annex block was combined with the existing block with minimal demolition or renovation. The space planning is done in a way that there is an optimum utilization of the available area. The muti-various functions of the hospital are keenly kept in mind while designing the spaces to cater to all necessities. The interiors are designed with tones of blue and white to create a calm and soothing atmosphere
