Gurudev is a group development with a total of 104 dwelling units out of which ninety units are comprised in the apartment, eight 3BHK and four 2BHK units in row houses and two 1bhk in the mixed-use block that has 3 commercial units.

Being an affordable housing project, the maximum size of the dwelling unit was restricted to be 90sq.m. The main concept of the design was to impart openness in compact spaces. This was attained by providing balconies for all the units including 1BHK flats in the apartment and open utilities for the row houses. The corridors of the apartment are embedded with pockets of greenery to enhance the air quality within. Two linear open to sky area is punctured into the apartment to further amplify the air movement. Every unit in the rowhouse is allocated with a small garden area at the entrance to add charm to the space.
